A bit more
about me
Hello
I'm David
I started on the development side after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics. I spent some time building toolkits with C++, CUDA, and LabVIEW, the kind of complicated logic that looks fun until you do it yourself.
Eventually, I discovered that I actually enjoyed breaking things more than building them.
With my gaming background that brought me into game QA, where I now design test cases, investigate crashes, poke APIs, look for strange edge cases, and generally try to make games fall apart before players get the chance. But my development background still follows me around. I went from developing toolkits to creating testing tools and automation in Java, because repeating the same manual check for the fourth time is usually a good sign that I should automate it.
I’ve also always had a passion for video editing. At some point, I thought: why not combine something I enjoy with something useful? It turned out I was pretty good at it, and editing gradually became another important part of my life.
So, most of what I do comes down to two things: testing stuff or making videos about them.
